Refunds

The service I am providing currently is private video call or phone sessions. I honor our time together to guide you to optimize your spiritual healing process. Please be aware that once a private video call or phone session is being conducted, there will be no refund provided.

Rescheduling

I honor the sacred space of our scheduled private session for me to facilitate your healing, and I request mutual respect from you to my time and service. If you need to reschedule a private video call or phone session, please contact me via email at least 48 hours before our scheduled session. If you contact me on shorter notice, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the original price you paid for your scheduled session.

This service is not a sole solution to your spiritual challenges and traumas , I recommend my clients to apply any healing practice that resonates with their core values to optimize their healing. I also advise that my clients to be gentle with their healing, to allow time to heal and integrate.
